Appointment Process

Step 1 - Book an appointment

Use the online booking portal or get in touch via the Contact form to find out more about appointment times and booking in. All clients whether they are adults or kids require a minimum of 2 appointments - the Initial Consultation and Action Planning Session.

Step 2 - Initial Consultation (60 mins)

Our first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll chat about your health, lifestyle, eating habits, medical history, goals and any challenges you're facing so I can gain a complete picture and tailor my recommendations to your individual needs and complete a thorough dietary assessment.

Step 3 - Initial Assessment Review (60mins)

During this session, we'll review the findings from your diet assessment and discuss what they mean for you. Together, we'll create a personalised nutrition plan, set realistic goals and identify practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, helping you feel confident about your next steps.

Step 4 - Review Appointments (30-60mins)

Nutrition change takes time, and ongoing support can make all the difference. During review appointments, we'll check in on your progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving towards your goals.
